Yes, we cannot see the transformation of the health of the world as a whole until its individuals; human beings heal and work on themselves. Besides being healthy, the flip-flop in a body has now become the status symbol in the society.
If we notice our vicinity, teens and kids are now making their separate gangs and no elephantine body can enter their horde. There are several instances where kids and youths are bullied due to their enormous body.
Seeing this plight, we have decided to post the story of a guy by the name of Adam Park who has achieved a milestone in the body transfiguration by losing 160 pounds. In this post, we will be sharing the challenges, initiatives, insights, and results of Adam’s makeover journey.
It was really challenging for Adam right from his childhood due to his excess weight. He remained left out and was not able to do roller coasters, swim, ski or snowboard. Though he was not bullied but didn’t have frond as well.
Being, shy in nature further added loneliness to Adam’s babyhood. His family eating habits were also not healthy and mostly were fried foods. He got a bad habit of eating snacks and consuming soda in great number at the teenage only.
Adam’s family was highly involved in the big dinner parties with a lot of meats, potatoes, beers, and vegetables indulged resulting into a corrupt meal environment in the house. Nil exercise from Adam’s end further complicated his situation of obesity.
By the start of his high school, he was weighing no less than 315 pounds which were humongous at that age. It was really hard for him to get along with his classmates and becomes a mandate for him to go for the changeover.
When Adam entered into his high school and found that he was a perfect mismatch among his contemporaries, he decided to go for a complete changeover in his lifestyle.
It was really tough for him to overcome the temptation of snacks and drinks but anyhow managed to do the same. He started his journey of body conversion by cutting all the snacks and sodas and replacing them with healthy stuff like protein bars instead of chips.
His parents supported him by cutting a huge chunk of unhealthy snacks from their house and bringing more fruits and vegetables for him to eat. After that, he started to increase his protein intake with moderate carbs in his meal and kind of controlled his diet.
Again his family was pretty supportive in making him fit by arranging a personal trainer and providing him the membership in a gym nearby. He started with a treadmill as the soul exercising equipment and for the first couple of months; he was indulged only into running and walking.
He was quite a shy to go out on the floor and remained exercising in private for a while. Once he gained his confidence and balance that he wouldn’t fall, he was able to work out with other guys on the floor.
Adam’s had a huge craving for soda and it was really tough for him to control the temptation of drinks. But by seeing himself and his progress into the mirror, he somehow managed to curb the appeal.
The thing which is worthy to note from his story is the trial and error approach to find the best-suited meal plan for the body. His increased protein intake with balanced carbs formula can be beneficial to various transformation enthusiasts.

At first, he worked with his personal trainer for five odd months but due to some financial issues, he was not able to continue under his coach. Starting from running and walking on a treadmill; he started to cultivate his own workout regimes.

The great amount of sacrifice and workout pays off and Adam was able to achieve an astonishing shape. It was like next to impossible for a teenager to lose 160 pounds in two years but his extra-ordinary investment in his body results into this magnificent number.
At the age of 15, he was near about 315 lbs in weight with a large body fat percentage of 38. But within 2 years of time, he unbelievably shed 160 pounds and come to 155 lbs point with mere 16% body fat.
